2. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery Time: Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location. Remote or rural areas may require additional time.
Shipping Charges: Shipping costs, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Courier Partners: We partner with trusted third-party logistics providers to ensure timely and safe delivery.
Delays: While we aim for timely deliveries, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, courier issues, customs processing). We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
3. Address & Delivery Information
Accurate Address: Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. SetHi Trends is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the order.

Currently, SetHi Trends only ships within India. For future updates on international shipping, please check our website regularly.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof. We will assist with a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
Lost Shipments: If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
