To request a return, contact us with your order number and the item you wish to return. Only eligible unopened or defective items qualify. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it goes through a standard inspection before any refund is approved.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment source. For cash on delivery orders, we credit the refund to the bank account you provide. Refund timelines depend on your payment provider and bank.
